                 My name is Joe Jacobs and I am the owner of Chagrin Home Improvements LLC. We are a locally based company out of Chagrin Falls, Ohio offering a multitude of home improvement solutions to residents and communities in Northeast Ohio. I have made it my personal mission to offer our clients a cost-effective service that is accomplished correctly the first time… every time!

                I have been working in the trades the majority of my life and grew up learning firsthand the skills that were needed to transform a tired house back into a beautiful home. Whether it was painting, building, washing, or remodeling it never ceased to amaze me how rewarding it was to leave something better off then when you started. Standing back and proudly looking at a job done right was something that left me thirsty for more. I got to quench that thirst during my summers off from high school and college. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Lynn University in Boca Raton, Florida, I came home to help my family endure the recession. I was back in Chagrin Falls using the skills I had learned over the years to provide for and support my family. My lifelong passion and knowledge for quality trade work quickly became my daily life. Then it hit me one day… I need to use this love and passion to build a trustworthy and hardworking company… So I did.
